I'm back!
I’ve returned from the Far East with pictures and stories to share! More coming soon.
TOKYO!
I’m anxious, nervous, excited, scared, and out of my mind, but dying to see my sister and mum. Catch you all in February!

I don’t know how this makes me feel. definitely not warm and fuzzy…
When it rains, it pours, doesn't it?
Whenever I fall into my winter slump, it’s usually a combination of factors driving me to nuttiness. However, the one constant besides the seasons is that I have shifted my conscious focus from others and the external world to myself. That’s when the mania sets in and I start losing control of my reactions to the world and death spiral into devastatingly hyper aware...
Hint: I am having one.
Do you ever have days when you are certain that anything that was ever attractive about you as a person has completely left your body and you just want to curl up into a ball and melt away into the floor?
That you are so certain that everyone is upset with you about something that you become paranoid and utterly unable to function?
Do you ever wonder if 5 hours of meetings is a cruel joke...

Relationships
You have two options: settle down and die unsatisfied or reject long-term commitment and die alone. The variance doesn’t really extend past that.
Long-Term Goals
Long-term goals are some of your most powerful weapons in the war against existential despair. Some popular long-term goals include: maintaining a business, climbing a hierarchy, travel, and personal conquests over one’s...

This might be my New Year’s resolution…!
I think I'm starting to approach the speed where...
The new problem is either thinking the reaction is too stupid or juvenile to justify saying aloud, or feeling too vulnerable as the feeling manifests to draw any more attention to it.
New problems < old problems?

The jury is still out on whether or not this is a good thing. (And whether or not I want to focus my blog down, blah blah blah…)
Also, leaving 3 apps running in the background while your phone is locked is a surefire way to make a smartphone battery last less than 8 hours. Alas.
Daily Gratitude
Today I’m thankful for:
Getting to spend New Year’s with the BF. Definitely the right way to kick off a new year.
New phone alarm clocks that get louder the longer you snooze.
Casey’s Buffalo Chicken party dip for watching New Year’s Day football. I’m drooling just thinking about it!!
Email provides a chance to sidestep the problems of reading facial...

Love it.
Now that it's 2011, guess I need a resolution.
(Or two). Kicking around posting every day, keeping a gratitude journal, doing 365 in pictures/photos, learning a new web language, getting back into a choir, transforming the blog into something that’s actually marketable…
Obviously I have a lot of thinking to do to figure out what I want from 2011, and how my behavior can help me get it. What were your resolutions this year?
